Nicki Stagg is the Project Manager for Global Operations Solution Delivery – Platform Readiness within the firm’s overall Brexit program. Operations have 100+ applications in scope and a multi-million CHF program budget. I have a proven track record for excellent leadership, strong subject matter expertise on various areas within Operations, application delivery and innovation through new technologies and architecture simplification.
With over 19 years of Investment Banking – Technology Change experience I have always demonstrated a strong passion to extend my knowledge and experience. I have used my knowledge and skills within the banking sector to manage business and technology change on global strategic programs and legacy application elimination.
Previously I have successfully managed the delivery of a large set of complex interfaces between Operations and the strategic Front Office Sourcing program. I have also successfully delivered a number of core Settlements global technology platform projects that have resulted in decreased hosting costs as well as increased throughput and efficiency.
Using my subject matter expertise and experience in technology, I play a critical role bridging the gap between Technology and the business, representing and translating complex technology concepts, making them meaningful and understandable to non-technical stakeholders and partners.
I have taken up numerous opportunities to take on new and varied programs/projects throughout my career to challenge myself and to extend my experience and knowledge. This has resulted in my having highly versatile leadership and delivery skills which are essential to the future organisation.
As a strong role model, I am a real life example of successful flexible working in action, effectively balancing parenthood and a four-day working week while still managing complex projects, delivery and schedules.
