She has deployed the ‘first’ of many technologies which have been ‘bleeding’ edge at times! Working on global projects based in the US, Portugal, France, Singapore and the UK has given Nicole a new perspective and empathy for the unique cultures around the world and the implications to be taken into account with technology deployments. Passionate about innovation, positive end user experience and technology, she embraces new tech and drives her team to do the same. She aims to be a disruptive influencer in HR Technology and makes developing young talent and females a priority.
