My career in technology began as an analyst developer, customising pension products for large financial institutions in Australia.

This led me to London, where for the next 18 years I provided financial services at top tier investment banks working on finance products, strategic general ledger initiatives and regulatory mandates such as BCBS239. It wasn’t until my data management role within JP Morgan’s Chief Data And Analytics Office (CDAO), that I truly recognized technology’s role in driving a data driven culture which once established, can readily sustain enterprise data governance. This ignited my passion to create accessible and seamless data governance capabilities to enable the business to focus on providing improved services for clients and increase operational efficiencies while still adhering to regulatory requirements in the most optimal way.
