Noon Ali

In her current role Noon is leading the EMEA Innovation Centre to explore and deliver innovative technology solutions at BNY Mellon, driving client engagement and building relationships with the region’s burgeoning Fintech community.

Within her role Noon predominantly looks after the management of the client engagement process including tracking potential client needs and building out the external ecosystem across universities, accelerators and third party institutions. Noon consults with stakeholders to analyse, define, and prioritise business requirements and functional and operational specifications for a practical work stream, she then works to formulate and define the program of scope and objectives for clients and business lines by collaborating with business and technology to gain an understanding of business processes in a specific domain.

Noon has led specific projects where she has used her experience and skills to elicit, challenge, and prioritise business requirements in order to translate them into functional design and use case models. She works alongside the Innovation technology team and product management to develop project scope and identify objectives.
