Here at Capital One, we’re seeking to double the number of women in our tech roles.
This isn’t change for change’s sake. It’s change that needs to happen, with recent studies revealing that less than 20% of people working in tech are women, and only 5% of tech leadership roles are held by women.
We know there are incredible female engineers and cyber experts out there because we already have many working here. And we’re looking for more. Another 30 this year alone. We are hiring now for several opportunities at our sites in Nottingham and London.
Our business is looking to create the most diverse pool of tech talent in our industry. You probably know us best for our credit cards.
