Ailbhe’s core responsibility is to deliver changes to technology that support customer centric solutions. She is excited to be part of the TA Matrix Fleet, an integrated business and technology group that adopts agile methodologies and principles for faster growth and innovation in Northern Trust’s Transfer Agency business
Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2008, Ailbhe worked in Fund Administration roles with BNP Paribas, Luxembourg, and Ellerston Capital, Sydney. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she holds an MSc. in Electronic Commerce and an International Diploma in Business Analysis.
Ailbhe is a regular mentor, most recently with the Lean-In Mentoring Circles, and the Code First Girls: Hack from Home Competition.
