Ann Callison | Head of Strategic Change, Barclays
Ann is currently Head of Strategic Change, accountable for Strategic Investment Change Management and the End-to-End Change Programme. Ann joined Barclays in 2019 as Head of Corporate Banking Operations. Prior to that, Ann spent nineteen years at Morgan Stanley where she held a number of leadership roles in Technology, Operations, Risk and Firm Management delivering firm-wide transformation initiatives. Ann is a Co-Sponsor for the Barclays Women’s Network (WIN) and Black History Month in the UK. Outside of work, Ann is a Board Director of the non-profit, Business Council for Peace, promoting business growth and job creation, with a particular focus on women and ethnic minority entrepreneurs in crisis-affected regions of the world.
