Annette Costello | Head of Consulting – Australia & NZ, BAE Systems Digital Intelligence

Annette Costello is Head of Consulting in Australia for BAE Systems Digital Intelligence.

As a member of the Digital Intelligence leadership team, she works on state and national level government and private sector client cyber security programs to assist in the protection of critical information assets and systems, effective security risk-based decision making, and security assurance.

Her role is to oversee the delivery of all cyber security consulting engagements in Australia, provide specialist cyber security advice, and manage the delivery of both staff and large scale programs of work for BAE Systems’ clients. She is a trusted advisor to agency/ministry directors and C-suite executives.

Annette has over 20 years Commonwealth government and multi-national consulting experience, across a range of portfolios including: defence, aviation, international trade, and health & social welfare. This breadth of knowledge and experience is coupled with a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and has provided a vital bridge for BAE Systems’ clients between management and the world of IT security.

Annette holds a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations with a major in National Security.
