Ben Towers | Multi-Award Winning Young Tech Entrepreneur

Ben Towers, at 16, was described by The Sunday Times as one of ‘the most influential teenagers on the planet’ having started his first business aged 11, and growing this into a successful marketing agency that he exited in 2017. Ben has since invested in disruptive start-ups and inspired millions with personal and broadcast appearances across the globe. Today Ben is 21, and on a mission to change the long term health outcomes of the digital generation.

As an advisor Ben has an immense following across all digital generations, centred on his work with Young Enterprise and The Princes Trust, inspiring young people to create their own digital journey. He has also advised corporates such as GSK, BT, VAG, Disney and Twitter, national government in UK and New Zealand as well as support to the Duke of York and the vital “iDEA” digital entrepreneurship awards.

Ben has been a keynote speaker at international events since the young age of 14. His speaking engagement range from corporate events to large scale conferences including working with: Right Move, Tigo Une (Colombia), French and New Zealand Government, Volkswagen Group, Startup Con (Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany) and many, many more.

Ben has featured in a variety of media including TV shows like Pocket Money Pitch (Young Dragons Den on BBC) and Can Britain Afford a Pay Rise (Documentary); as well as one off expert appearances on shows like BBC Breakfast (talking about business, social media and mental health and his journey), LBC (business hour) and Talk Radio. Ben has to a great extent grown up in the spotlight of media attention and has been quoted in national news outlets across the world. He was even the subject of a GCSE question in the 2017 UK exams.

There is much in the headlines about the negative impact of digital technologies on younger (digital) generations. Ben is driven by the application of technology for good, and focused on transforming the perception and application of digital technologies. Currently his focus is on the development of a movement and technology platform to support better health choices for the digital generation. The business is currently in early stage of development and will launch later this year.
