Dr Nancy Doyle | Occupational Psychologist & CEO, Genius Within

Dr Nancy Doyle is an Occupational Psychologist and the Chief Research Officer at Genius Within, a social enterprise dedicated to facilitating neurodiversity inclusion through consultancy, talent assessment, workshops and coaching for businesses. Nancy is a Research Fellow with Birkbeck, University of London and the co-Director of the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work.

Dr Nancy Doyle works with customers in finance, technology, defence as well as those who are unemployed and incarcerated. Nancy advises NGOs, international and national civil servants and political groups on how to increase inclusion for neurominorities in all walks of life.
