Francesca Kipping | Technical Change Manager, Three UK
My role involves working with our Partners to ensure that all changes to our IT infrastructure are implemented efficiently whilst minimising business disruption and maining our customer service. With a BA and MA in Classics and Ancient History, I ‘fell’ into IT and have been fortunate to work in a IT Service Management for nearly 15 years, in a variety of industries including consulting, F1 and telecoms. When not at work, I can be found stomping around the fields in my wellies walking the dog, entertaining my two preschoolers or renovating our house.
