Frank Starling is an entrepreneur, investor and specialist on one of the most challenging and radically empowering matters of our time: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Starling is the Founder and Chief Diversity Officer of Variety Pack, helping organisations to learn from opinions that were previously ignored, anticipate change, and create more inclusive environments full of trust and cultures full of confidence that champion the underrepresented.
He has been recognised by ‘Here East’ as one of the top 50 East London Innovators in 2019. In 2020, Frank was chosen as one of the leading Black figures in the UK via the OBV, Oxford University and House of Commons executive leadership programme, Pathways to Success.
He also acts as a London Enterprise Advisor to the Mayor of London helping schools to increase their engagement and networks with the business world and he writes for Forbes in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Frank strongly believes that every single person irrespective of their background or how they choose to identify should have the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
Frank is an Associate Alumni of Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University.
