Gaele teamed up with leading GP and menopause specialist Dr Louise Newson in her almost solo fight to improve women’s health around the world. balance mission is to make menopause support accessible and inclusive to all by empowering women with unbiased evidence-based information and knowledge so they can instigate a faster diagnosis and demand access to the appropriate treatment.
