Gemma Willman | Head of Workforce Enablement, NatWest Group
Gemma Willman is a commercially focused Senior Transformation Director with a wealth of experience in large corporate institutions and FinTech start-ups across all areas of the industry. As Head of Workforce Enablement at NatWest Gemma leads our strategic workforce planning and fulfilment capability inclusive of our technical academy strategies, Early Career and diversity resourcing pipelines, internal reskilling programmes and external resourcing partnerships. She is driving a transformational approach to building the tech, data and digital skills of the future; lifting our organisational capability whilst driving down unnecessary cost. She is passionate about DE&I and co-sponsors the NatWest LGBTQ+ Workstream. Outside of work she is an active public speaker, is married with two kids, two dogs and has a passion for extreme sports, travelling and interior design.
