Heather Payne is Director of Digital Technology at Sky. Throughout her career she has driven Technology Change and Transformations utilising the magic triangle of People, Process and Technology for DMG media (Daily Mail Group), Avon, Thomas Cook Group and Ford to name a few. In recent years Heather has developed a passion for Neurodiversity awareness, starting with her own journey of discovery and acceptance.
