Jane Mustoe | Head of Enabling Technology & Labs, Tesco
Jane has a 25 year corporate career in the Financial Industry and more recently in Retail, having performed a number of roles specialising in Change Management. Jane has managed roles globally and across a number of different business segments within the Financial Industry such as Investment Banking, Wealth and Investment Management and Corporate. Jane now heads up Enabling Functions within technology including Finance Change and also heads up the Tesco technology innovation lab.
Previously Jane was an MD at Barclays and was the CIO for HR Transformation, EMEA head for IB Chief Controls Office, and has led the Change and Service Management Operations organisation. Jane has a breadth of change and execution experience and with this has focussed in particular in the design of Operating Models to support overall delivery.
