Jigisha Lock | Director, Sustainability Data & Analytics Tech, Credit Suisse
Jigisha Lock leads Sustainability Data and Analytics Technology within Credit Suisse where she is responsible for creating the sustainability data platform, addressing banks key initiatives ranging from sustainable lending to Science Based Targets initiative. As a strategy and transformation leader, Jigisha has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams spanning 30+ jurisdictions, across trading, compliance, and sustainability mandates within financial services.
Her industry experience in New York, Zurich, and London, coupled with her broad expertise in Trading, Front & Middle Office processes and Risk Management has resulted in a success rate of 100% on-time, on-budget delivery of multi-million pound digital transformation programs in Market Abuse Surveillance, e-communication surveillance, and Financial Crime surveillance.
Outside of Credit Suisse, Jigisha is an active and influential speaker at industry events and conferences. In 2017, Jigisha was recognized by her peers for her accomplishments and was a winner of the U.K. TechWomen 50 Award. Passionate about increasing representation of women and working mothers in STEM, Jigisha has interwoven her passion with her global experience to design an empowerment program, L.E.A.D, which equips women to speak up and be heard. Her program has been well received within Credit Suisse and at various industry conferences.
