Katherine Loe | Executive Director, Global Employee Engagement, Morgan Stanley
Katherine Loe is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley in the Technology division based in London. Katherine is responsible for Global Employee Engagement.
Katherine started her career in Internal Communications in 2009 within the Technology division. Since studying for a Master’s degree in Internal Communication Management in 2014 she now concentrates on employee engagement including focus areas such as recognition, D&I, belonging and employee experience.
In 2019 Katherine was awarded a WeAreTheCity Rising Star award in the Editors Choice category, for efforts in the diversity space and pushing for change.
In her spare times Katherine enjoys traveling with her husband and two energetic sons. She also loves performing, whether that is singing in bars, at Church or on stage.
