I worked for 17 years as an IT Consultant with Cap Gemini performing many roles including developer, data designer and analyst, with my main focus in an Oracle environment. I then completed a PGCE for Further Education and taught 16-19 year olds Maths and IT. After 12 years of teaching I retrained with Tech Returners to bring my IT skills up to date. I am now a Technical Analyst working for DDC-AS undertaking a variety of different roles including the design and management of a API-driven data integration projects for an app; coordinating developers’ work and helping to develop new and innovative ways to process data efficiently.
