Kerstin Unverhau | Team Lead R&D and Senior Specialist Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, 3M
After getting her PhD in Chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Muenster Kerstin started working at 3M in 2010 as a chemist in the Corporate Research Materials Laboratory.
The Corporate Laboratories investigate new technologies and support different business groups in 3M globally.
Here Kerstin became a technical expert for Pressure Sensitive Adhesives.
In 2017 she took over the team lead for the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive group in Germany and three years later she became a global team lead in this field.
Kerstin collaborates with developers all over the world and supports young talents, especially women in STEM careers.
