Mumuksha Singh is a corporate lawyer in London, dual qualified in England and India. She specialises in all aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals, and private equity transactions.

She advises a mixture of corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals on acquisitions, investments, disposals. She is a member of our equIP team and her practice includes advisory to start-up companies seeking to fundraise, with a sector focus on FinTech and Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies.

She graduated with honours from India’s premier National Law University and completed her masters from the London School of Economics.
