Rabi Atiti is the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for Flutter International.
Rabi’s background is in Human Rights and Social Justice, with years of experience in business leadership, motivational speaking, coaching, and mentoring. Rabi has a real passion for Inclusion & Belonging and has years of experience working with people, communities and organisations from diverse backgrounds globally.
Her work cuts across mental health & wellbeing, community engagement, diversity and inclusion, human rights and social justice, and tackling loneliness and isolation.
Rabi is a member of the Women Economic Forum (WEF) and Kent Constabulary’s Independent Police Advisory Group (IPAG).
Her passion stems from a lived experience and a drive to build and foster integration in the workplace and the wider communities. Rabi uses her experience to inspire courage and hope to the most vulnerable and marginalised groups in our society.
