Rachael Stevens | Senior Associate, J.P. Morgan

Rachael Stevens is a Senior Associate working at JPMorgan. Rachael joined as part of the Graduate Scheme in 2012, having gained a degree in Computing & Management at Loughborough University.

In Rachael’s six years at the bank she has worked as part of agile feature teams, lead a small team of Business Analysts for a SWIFT messaging application, and has most recently landed a place on one of the firm’s top programs to introduce Cloud Technology; attaining her AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate in August this year.

In addition to her day-job Rachael is an active participant in diversity & inclusion internal networks and also supports inductions of apprentices into the firm.
