Rachel Bale | Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships, Mastercard

Rachel is a Vice President in Mastercard’s Global Enterprise Partnerships team, where she partners with fintech companies to commercialise new services across a range of industries – from the use of blockchain in provenance to AI in the freight industry.  Rachel has worked in digital technologies for over 16 years, having started in the mobile industry in its early days, where she led market forecasting into the use of mobile phones for Nokia.

Rachel later led mobile payments in the Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa region for Visa Inc, where she piloted the first mobile contactless service in the Middle East and launched digital payment services across the region. In 2012 Rachel joined Mastercard to launch the Masterpass digital wallet and QKR mobile app in the UK.
