She has over 15 years financial services experience in Life & Pensions, Wealth Management, Financial planning and General Insurance. Prior to EY, worked for one of the largest leading global insurers MetLife and a leading UK digital insurer CTM. She is CII Chartered Financial Planner, Insurance Supper Club Member, 1 of 25 CII Inspirational Women in Insurance. Her experience and focus is in Digital transformation, Big Data, Cloud, smart platforms, Insurtechs . She also has extensive experience in Strategic programmes, M&A, Operational Models, Proposition, Distribution channels incl. affinities and B2B. Ralitsa loves travelling, West End, hiking and charity work.
