Rebecca is Finance Director for Global Capabilities at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Prior to joining BAE Systems 4 years ago, she held a broad range of finance roles at BT plc across Broadband, Networks, IT, Property and Security.
Rebecca has a physics degree from Imperial College and has spent the majority of her career in the technology sector. She is passionate about gender diversity, in particular the impact of menopause, and is working with colleagues across BAE Systems to build understanding, provide support and bust taboos around the topic.
