Rehema Shabaya | Technology Delivery Lead, Accenture

Rehema is a Technology Delivery Lead at Accenture and specialises in leading large and complex IT transformation programmes for Consumer Goods, Retail and manufacturing clients. She has over 13 years’ experience working in technology across Europe and the UK. She works with clients to shape business transformation programmes within their business that enable strategic and operational change. She is also a passionate advocate for Inclusion and Diversity. As Ethnicity Lead for Accenture Technology in the UK and Ireland, she collaborates with senior leaders and employees to foster an inclusive environment at all levels of the organisation and build cross-cultural connections in the workplace. Rehema coaches and mentors new graduate and apprentice joiners, and regularly supports Accenture Decoded and Tech Taster Week immersive events where school leavers explore careers in technology. She has partnered with Coding Black Females on Demystifying Roles in Tech to encourage black women into the tech industry, and has also led skills sessions for the annual Bright Network graduate careers fair.
