I have a passion for developing people and helping leaders to create performance environments. As a former CEO and strategic leader I have been heavily involved in supporting organisations to create and develop their strategies. I work closely with Executive teams and coach a number of senior leaders across a variety of sectors. Many of my current clients are from the financial and professional services sectors.
My other passion is sport, having spent almost 20 years in the elite sport sector, both as an athlete (rugby) and working to support 9 Olympics and Paralympic Games.
