Roshana Gammampila | Vice President – Product, Toyota Connected Europe
Roshana’s expertise is in enabling organisations build new business models by developing new software and data capabilities. Today, she is a member of the executive leadership team and VP Product at Toyota Connected Europe. Her focus is on setting strategy and building teams to help Toyota unlock the potential of connected vehicle data. Previously, she was Director of Technology and Innovation at PwC UK, where she did similar in the context of Legal and Tax data.
Before she moved to serving these large multinationals, Roshana’s early career spanned the not-for-profit industry and start-up / scale up world. As a result, she brings broad perspective to the task of unlocking team potential and commercial opportunity.
She is a fervent believer that cognitive diversity is a key determinate of performance, and she believes that bold and self-reflective dialogue is critical to the removal of the barriers that continue to exist today.
