Saleha Williams | Global Head of Strategy, Digital Engineering, Cognizant
Saleha Williams is the Global Head of Strategy for Cognizant’s Digital Engineering Practice, a $3bn+ group with over 52,000 software engineers, developers, and architects around the globe. Based in London, Saleha is also Chair of the Digital Engineering DI&E Committee, and Co- Chair of Cognizant’s UK Women Empowered Group.
Saleha brings over 25 years’ experience in the global technology industry predominantly in the media sector, working with companies including Google, BBC, CNN, Disney, News Corp, Cognizant and the London 2021 Olympics.
An international thought leader, Ted style tech evangelist and DI&E champion, the Financial Times named her one of the UK’s Top 100 BAME Technology Leaders driving change across the tech industry and she regularly speaks at tech and D&I events around the world.
Educated at Harvard, Henley and Cambridge she has an MBA specialising in digital transformation & innovation, a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Psychology specialising in neuroscience and technology, and a Disruptive Innovation award.
