Shenetra Moses | SVP of Operations and Lean, GE Digital
Shenetra Moses is the SVP of Operations and Lean for GE Digital, leading the Lean, Sourcing, and Facilities teams. She joined GE Digital in September 2021, coming from Amazon where she was the GM and VP of Operations. In her prior role with Amazon, Shenetra lead 3,000 global employees across Safety, Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
Shenetra has extensive experience leading lean transformations and managing operations for companies such as General Motors, Baxter Healthcare and Northrup Grumman. She’s worked in the automotive, food packaging, healthcare and defense industries all within manufacturing, engineering and/or operations. Shenetra is also a self-described fighter for inclusive and engaged workforces that cultivate engagement, talent and development.
In addition to being passionate about her work, Shenetra says she loves sneakers. In her words, “I am a real deal collector and TRUE “sneakerhead”. Growing up in Chicago during the Jordan era makes this fact an absolute requirement of life!” She also loves to travel and has been to five of the seven continents with Australia and Antarctica left to go.
Shenetra earned an Executive MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Lean Manufacturing & Operations from Kettering University, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tennessee State University.
