Simi Awokoya is a Career Coach and Founder of Witty Careers.
Simi teaches women in corporate and technology the blueprint to get promoted, drive value for their organisation and be recognised for their contributions in their career.
During her career in corporate and tech, she was able to double her salary and fast tack two promotions- in a matter of months. However she quickly realised there were no accessible career development trainings or resources for other women starting their careers to do the same. She decided to do something about it and started running career coaching programs and career workshops for women. Since 2018, she has partnered with companies such as EY, Pivotal and Uber to run career programs to help over 500 women advance their career.
As a Career Coach and Founder of Witty Careers, her work has been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2019 and Financial Times Top 100 Leaders in UK Tech. Simi is a recipient of the Prime Minister’s Points of Light award.
