A vice President in Projects within Banking, Sonal is a two times Rising Stars Award winner in TechWomen100 and Diversity for her work outside her day job. She has an MSc in Computing & IT and is passionate about encouraging and inspiring women into tech and increasing the talent pipeline and regularly gives back to the community. A speaker, mentor for ‘Like Minded Females’, writer, and blogger she regularly helps in the community as believes there is a lot to do with only 17% of women in the Tech industry and even less in emerging tech. She actively speaks and takes part at conferences speaking on panels and events to influence change, share knowledge and inspire within Tech and emerging technologies such as blockchain.
