Tania Martin has over 20 years’ professional experience in people and operations focused roles, from recruitment to organisational design to team leadership – predominantly in Professional Services. She has a passion for belonging and inclusivity, and working as the People and Operations Lead for EY’s Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence (NCoE) has given her the opportunity to use her experience to help build something truly human centered. She is responsible for the recruitment, training and development of individuals for the NCoE, creating opportunities for individuals who self-identify as Neuro-divergent and have a passion for technology and innovation, and leveraging their unique talents and strengths in a psychological safe space, so they can grow and thrive in the workplace.
