Tanuja is a Partner in the London office and a practitioner in McKinsey Transformation. She specializes in commercial transformations and has helped numerous companies re-design their go-to-market structure, re-energise sales and channel effectiveness and implement pricing excellence to drive organic growth. Tanuja re-joined McKinsey in 2019 in London from Apax Partners. She was at McKinsey from 1995 to 2002 in North America, and left to hold various executive roles in technology & telecom firms, most recently President and & CEO of Schneider Electric UK & Ireland.
