The value of data in DEI analysis
The diversity and inclusion agenda has been elevated in the recent years and we see particular acceleration in focus from the investment community.
However, data shows us progress in some areas, and stalling in others, but what is clear is that the only way to change is through data. Sourcing, curating and re-distributing data in the right way, will help the whole industry reach their ESG goals, faster.
How can we ensure that everybody in the industry will commit adding this on their agenda: How can I contribute to an efficient and transparent data ecosystem; where we can have meaningful and trustworthy benchmarks, in order to take insightful and long term decisions?
