Tracey Fee | Senior Vice President – Senior Implementation Lead, Northern Trust
Throughout Tracey’s 30+ year career in financial services she has experienced roles across Business Operations, Client Reporting, Client transitions, Program Management, Product Development, Product Strategy Execution and Technology. She has successfully led business, product, and technical teams and played a role in the success of a variety of large-scaled initiatives, driving operational excellence on a global scale. She has been with Northern Trust for 10 years.
Tracey moved into Technology in April 2021 and is currently execution lead for a large workstream in a significant, global cyber program. This involves creating a collaborative environment for the appropriate level of engagement and communication and working with a wide range of specialists.
Prior to her current role at Northern Trust, Tracey held multiple senior roles including Product Global Implementation Manager and Manager of the Investment, Risk & Analytical Services implementation team. In all roles she provided oversight, support and execution of projects to enhance NT’s Products and Services.
Prior to working at NT, Tracey worked at JPMorgan for 7 years where she was the operational link for the Investment Out-sourcing Service (IOS) business and the Product teams. She also worked at Aviva Investors for 15 years managing the Property Fund and Client reporting teams.
