Tracy Watkinson | Strategic Change Program Manager & COO, Credit Suisse
Tracy is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and her current role is a Strategic Change Program Manager & COO for the UK Service Company entity, having worked for the past 20 years delivering change programs across Investment Banks after starting her career as a Management Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
At Credit Suisse she has carried out detailed work aimed at identifying the potential risk of unconscious gender bias in internal employee processes. Her conclusions have been fully endorsed by the UK Senior Executive team, the UK Board and Group Board members. Consequently, senior management has approved changes in processes, aimed at eliminating the possibility of any such unconscious bias.
Tracy is also an experienced Non-Executive Director, and is currently the Chair of the Board of England Handball, a National Governing Body for Sport, and a Non-Executive Director on the Board of British Handball.
Tracy was winner of the 2018 Women in Banking & Finance Champion for Women award.
