Vanessa Yiu | Managing Director, Engineering Division, Goldman Sachs
Vanessa leads Enterprise Architecture and the Engineering Risk Assessment program in Core Engineering, where she is responsible for architectural governance and risk management. She also serves as co-head of the EMEA Women in Engineering Network and a career coach for the Asian Network. Previously, Vanessa held a number of management and engineering roles across teams, including Site Reliability Engineering, the Development and Runtime Practices groups and Business Applications Infrastructure. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an analyst in the Fixed Income Trading Divisional Systems Group and was named managing director in 2021.
Vanessa earned a BA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
