I began my career as a product owner for a computational linguistics start-up delivering a niche text-to-speech tool to new customer groups and geographies, increasing the number of paid subscriptions by 10 per cent in six months. I now hold a position at Barclays as a programme manager specialising in technology transformation, governing the delivery of multi-million pound global, application and infrastructure cloud migration programmes. An ambassador for early careers talent and LGBTQ+ inclusivity, I project-manage the Emerging Leaders Programme, which enables 200+ leaders in the organisation to reach their potential and prepare for their next move at Barclays.
