I have more than 20+ years of experience working in the tech Industry and in leading teams and delivering technology projects/ teams and have worked in multiple organisations across multiple counties/ cultures.

I am a Vice President and have worked at Pershing (part of BNY Mellon) for over 10 years and during this time I have demonstrated all the attributes that make me an exemplary role model for the tech industry as well as Women In Tech (WIT). Currently, I lead a team of high-performing Platform engineers where I am both an excellent mentor as well as a strong individual contributor.

I am passionate about designing and implementing technology solutions that drive both the technology department and the wider business forward. In doing so I push technology boundaries whilst still having an extremely high level of attention to detail which is vital in a Global Systemically Important Bank such as BNY Mellon that has trillions of dollars of assets under control/management.

I deliver epic results through innovation /planning and am always reliable and organised. I am enthusiastic & fast-paced while still being sensitive and supportive of my teams to help empower them to do their best work.
