I studied Computer Science and Management at the University of Warwick, joining Credit Suisse for the first time during on their Spring Week program during my first year of studies. I later returned for a Summer Internship, working as a developer for Client Technology Solutions and finally joining full time on the Graduate scheme as a Business Analyst focused on MiFID I reporting.
As part of the graduate scheme I rotated to a new role after 1 year, joining the FinReg Reporting department as PMO, delivering technical projects to meet regulatory reporting obligations across Credit Suisse’s Front Office division. After 18 months developing my knowledge of financial planning, resource management and project governance I stepped up to managing my own projects and Project Manager.
As project manager in I developed experience managing complex regulatory project across multiple divisions and IT suppliers spanning globally. Over my time as FinReg PM I delivered 8 high profile regulatory projects including deliverables for the Bank of England, FinfraG and MiFID II.
My current role is Program Manager, working with the latest Big Data and Machine Learning technologies to deliver Credit Suisse’s strategic eCommunications Surveillance platform. I manage complex global deployments to deliver a robust and stable platform, empowering the firm to quickly identify potentially malicious activity and protect the firm’s reputation. My current project will deploy our platform to the America’s region, increasing the surveillance coverage by 50%.
