I am a team leader and medicinal chemist at GSK. In this high tech and continuously evolving field, I continually look-out for opportunities to develop and enhance my skills and apply new technologies to the development of new medicines.

In 2006, I obtained my Master Degree in Chemical Sciences and Engineering from CPE Lyon in France. I subsequently joined GSK and further developed my scientific skills by being awarded a PhD in 2015, through the GSK/University of Strathclyde collaborative PhD programme.

During my career, I have worked across the drug discovery spectrum, utilising my synthetic and medicinal chemistry skills to enable the development of potential drug candidates. I embrace new innovative approaches and technologies to accelerate delivery of drug molecules and promote them in my direct team and the broader scientific community at GSK. I became a lead user of a software which assists scientists in drug design and data analysis.

I am totally committed to my own personal development, and am also passionate about inspiring and motivating the next generation of scientists. I act as a role model to team members and other scientists in medicinal chemistry by proactively supporting, mentoring and coaching scientists to develop their skills and career growth.
