Srishti Issrani

I switched degrees from Business Administration to IT Management for Business (ITMB) five years ago and that’s where my journey with technology began.

Since then, I have pitched my start-up, worked at Procter & Gamble and am now a SAP Consulting Analyst for Deloitte.

I graduated from the University of Manchester in the Top 5% with a First Class in ITMB and my dissertation on using machine learning to predict the success of movies won accolades for improving on existing research. While at university, I spent a year at P&G as an Associate IT Manager. At 21, I managed a team of developers to successfully implement a web transformation project that is currently live for over 1,000+ websites globally.

My ambition to develop technology went a step further with my start-up idea that combats youth financial illiteracy with an app using Open Banking. This idea went on to win the Fidelity International Open-Banking Start-Up Competition 2019. Aside from advancing my own technical skills, I have held workshops to promote IT as a career among high-school students during my role as a Director for ITCounts – a social enterprise. To this date, I work as a school volunteer to promote this cause.

Now, I work in Consulting at Deloitte, specialising in Enterprise Applications, namely SAP. For the past 1+ years, I have been in a dual: functional SAP and delivery management role for a client where I work on process design for SAP Ariba and own the governance process for over 1,600+ user stories.
