From as early as I can remember, I had a curiosity and passion for technology. I spent hours of spare time reading through Myspace profile design templates and understanding how HTML and CSS worked, following online tutorials and eventually learning how to create design templates from scratch. In turn, I started designing templates for friends and learning how to code and design my own websites. This brought together two of my passions in creativity and technology.

I was one of 5 females in my year group who studied ICT as an A-Level at South Wilts Grammar School in Salisbury, and chose to turn that into a degree, studying Computer Science & Management at Loughborough University.

Whilst studying, I completed a year in Industry at Thomson Reuters during the merger of Thomson & Reuters. This gave me an early insight in my career into how people dealt with change, sparking an interest in Organisational Psychology. This was the start of bringing a different perspective to technology, focusing on the experience of Customers and teams alongside the day-to-day job. My philosophy and work ethic has been driven from this point on making people’s lives easier using technology. After completing my year internship, unlike most of my classmates I decided to take on another summer internship at J.P.Morgan Chase to gain further experience in the industry. This led to a full time graduate offer, starting in September 2012. Since then, I have completed roles in Testing, Business Analysis and Project Management.
