Raminder Bath is the Global Head for Operations IT Strategic Control Systems and has a proven track record for Leadership, Application delivery and innovation through new technologies and architecture simplification.

With 18+ years of Investment Banking – Technology experience Raminder has always demonstrated a strong passion to extend her knowledge and experience.
She originally started out in IT Security covering Operational Security in complex banking environment encompassing single sign on platform with fully automated access control processes using LDAP and certificate based authentication, running privileged access functions based on Active Directory Domain Services, moving onto Audit Control where Raminder was able to apply her expertise to deliver solutions to address any gaps. Naturally, Raminder then moved towards Project/Program Management delivering cost save initiatives through resource planning/relocation, increasing automation for repeatable activities by implementing scripted automation, process refinement to reduce complexity and increase efficiency and value add reviews to ensure activities had business value.
Raminder then worked to implement Program Benefits Models (24m CHF projected saves) that were flexible enough to deal with changes in application roadmap for a very large multi year change initiative replacing back office settlements processing, then setting up and running DevOps capability to service large global program implementing the new settlements platform based on 24 new components.
Raminder is now running multiple application development teams in Operations using Java, Angular JS and JAP spring batch, JMS messaging technologies delivering key strategic applications across the organisation as well as Integration layer to communicate securely with external Utilities ensuring security protocols and non repudiation requirements are met.

She has taken internal mobility throughout her career to challenge herself and to extend her experience and knowledge resulting in highly versatile Leadership and delivery skills which are essential to the future organisation.
