WITTY Careers

What is our mission?

To drive diversity in the United Kingdom's Technology industry by equipping the under-represented with the skills they need to succeed.

Who are we?

An organisation focused on equipping Black and Minority Ethnic women with the skills needed to start a career in the Technology industry. Our team is made up of women who have been in the industry for 5-10 years and are passionate about paying it forward.

Why do we exist?

We want to equip women with all the skills they need to secure Technology internships and jobs that can lead to full time roles in the industry. The technology industry can sometimes look like a “black box” and we want to demystify and share how to start a career in Tech.

This year, Witty Careers has delivered quarterly Women in Tech workshops at Tech companies. These workshops give women the opportunity to learn practical skills for Tech careers, get opportunities to apply for tech roles and have a community for support.
