Gemma Willman is a commercially focused Senior Transformation Director with a wealth of Technology experience in large corporate institutions and FinTech start-ups within the Banking industry.
As Head of Workforce Enablement at NatWest Gemma leads our Strategic Workforce Planning and Fulfilment capability inclusive of our Tech Academy Strategy, Early Career and Diverse talent pipelines, Internal reskilling programmes and External resourcing partnerships. She is driving a transformational approach to building the tech, data and digital skills of the future, lifting our organisational capability whilst driving down unnecessary cost. She is passionate about DE&I and co-sponsors the NatWest LGBTQ+ and Gender Balanced workstreams. Outside of work she is an active public speaker, is married with two kids, two dogs and has a passion for extreme sports, travelling and interior design.

Barclays Women in Technology (WiT)
WiT aims to empower women of all levels and backgrounds to achieve their career aspirations in technology, offering our members, and our local communities, networking, upskilling and collaboration opportunities.
Its specific objectives are: to grow the presence and skills of women in our technology workforce; inspire women both internally and externally to consider a career in technology; retain and promote our internal female technology talent; provide mentoring/guidance and access to role models in technology; provide career coaching sessions and pathways for careers in STEM; support local schools and communities by hosting interactive learning sessions focusing on programming fundamentals for students to encourage youngsters to consider a career in technology.
Amna Habiba | BloomED Foundation (formerly Global Creative Hub)
Amna Habiba is a 16-year-old Pakistani, founder of BloomED Foundation (formerly Global Creative Hub) where she designs safe innovation spaces for marginalized female adolescents, Finalist for Global Student Prize, 2022 Global Teen Leader, international speaker with more than 100K views, STEM enthusiast, and on a mission to change the narrative for girls.
Recipient of Voice of GenZ Award, Young Achiever Award & Young Voices Award, featured by UN & Malala Fund, spoken at World Bank, UNESCO, IFC, and more; she is passionate about using digital for social good and the UN SDGs.
Amna is currently actively working on the STEM Girl innovation, for which she is also a finalist for the HP Girls Save The World Prize. She has organized & led multiple large-scale events for audiences ranging from teacher educators, youth changemakers, to marginalized communities. she is currently the voluntary Director of Youth Innovation & Technology at Teach the Future where she is designing ‘Future Leader Program’ for young people globally.
Flavilla Fongang | Serial Entrepreneur, Author & Founder, 3 Colours Rule
Flavilla Fongang is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, an international and multilingual keynote speaker. She is the founder of 3 Colours Rule, an award-winning branding and marketing agency. Flavilla was awarded the “She’s Mercedes” businesswoman award by Mercedes Benz among women such as Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook. She is the author of “99 Strategies to get customers”. She is also the founder of Tech London Advocates – Black Women in Tech. She published in October 2021 “The Voices In The Shadow”. A book that features stories of black women in tech and is distributed to secondary schools for FREE across the UK and Ireland. Flavilla Fongang is a recognised leader in marketing as she created the D.A.C. system and The Beyond Marketing Approach which have helped numerous brands successfully grow their business. Flavilla is the chosen brand advisor for BBC and provides actionable brand strategy advice.
Computer Weekly named her among the top 2 most influential women in tech in the UK. She is an Entrepreneurship Expert with the Entrepreneurship Centre for Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Russ Shaw CBE | Founder of Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates
Russ Shaw CBE is the founder of Tech London Advocates and Global Tech Advocates. He originally founded Tech London Advocates in 2013 to ensure an independent voice of the technology community was heard, but with a focus on the private sector.
Since then he has been championing London as a global tech hub and campaigning to address some of the biggest challenges facing tech companies in the UK.
Global Tech Advocates, founded in 2015, is now present in 17 hubs around the globe, with over 12,000 members. In 2019 Russ launched the inaugural GTA Festival, taking place in China and bringing the international network together for the first time.
Russ was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours List 2021 for services to technology and to business in London. He is a founding partner of London Tech Week, a London Tech Ambassador for the Mayor of London and Advisory Board member for Founders4Schools and the Government’s Digital Skills Partnership. In 2019, Russ was recognised as a ‘Tech Titan’ in the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 list of London’s most influential people.

I’m a passionate tech enthusiast with a track record of delivering business outcomes, balancing growth, profitability, revenue generation and risk for more than 2 decades.
Scaled a business 4x in two years, turned around a division with a 4-fold increase in profitability and enjoyed an entrepreneurial stint by running my own start-up consulting firm for almost 10 years. As an experienced and authentic leader whose strengths include strategic planning, visioning and leading transformative change I have lead 4 divestment programs.
Held divisional leadership roles at Wipro, Cognizant, Pcubed and Altran. I abide by core values of compassion, integrity and progress.
I have lead and managed multi-cultural teams across US, UK, Europe, MENA and APAC in various industries specially in Financial / Insurance (Deutsche Bank, Barclays, HSBC, Pershing, L&G), Transportation (Emirates Airlines),Automobile (JLR) and Pharma (GSK) industries.
I have been instrumental in setting up the Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Wipro in UK&I. I have also been part of Women of Silicon Roundabout – Group that enables people and organizations to connect, learn and take action on gender diversity and inclusion. I am a key member of City Women Network – a vibrant community for senior professional and business women to connect, contribute and grow. I am volunteering with STEMettes ( an award-winning social enterprise working to inspire and support young women and non-binary people in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths careers).
I have done my Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics) and PGDBM(IT & Marketing). Recently accredited by University of Virginia Darden School of Business for Digital Transformation, Design thinking and Positive Psychology. I am also Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. I am a Certified Scrum Master. I am passionate about travelling, reading and has been a spiritual shopper all my life and is a Certified Life and Business Coach (ICF), Reiki Master & Teacher. I’m also an NLP Business Practitioner. I’m a Certified Life and Business Coach.
My biggest achievement is raising a strong daughter who herself has become an accomplished writer of 2 book at the age of 10 years.
