Tereza Litsa

Tereza Litsa is a social media and content marketing manager at Lightful, helping charities improve their digital skills.

She’s been working in the tech industry for the last 8 years and she is passionate about social media for good and how it can be used in a more impactful way.

Her posts have been featured in sites such as Nptechforgood, NTEN, ClickZ, CharityComms, Social Media Week and she has delivered training and webinars for many organisations on all things digital.

She has spearheaded the campaign #ReclaimSocial the last three years at Lightful to make social media more positive. The campaign has reached millions of people and it is now a movement highlighting the inspiring use of social media among individuals and organisations.

She is the Digital Woman for Good award winner and she has also won the Highly Commended awards for ‘Community Manager of the Year’ and ‘Campaign for Social Good’ for Lightful’s #ReclaimSocial campaign at Social Media Marketing Awards 2019.

She is also the host of the #ReclaimSocial podcast talking to inspiring guests who make a difference on social media.

Until recently, she was also the Deputy Head of Social for Pride in London volunteering to support the LGBT community and promote the positive messaging in the community.

Her work and personal projects all revolve around the idea of making digital channels more positive, inspiring, and inclusive and she’s a proud supporter of online campaigns that make a difference.
