Yue joined JPMorgan in 2017 via the Software Engineering Program, after achieving a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College London.

Yue is now a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for researching, designing and implementing software solutions to solve business problems and improve digital employee experience. Yue is a self-starter, highly motivated and has outstanding technical skills. She has also influenced many teams and individuals to adopt the best and most modern programming practices.

Yue is passionate about contributing to the community and very active in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space. She is an active contributing member of WomenOnTheMove and TakeItForward (women’s community and women in technology community in JPMorgan). She has been leading and participating in many DE&I panel discussions and workshops such as Six Types of Bias and #IamRemarkable. As an firmwide Asian Women Empowerment lead, Yue organizes a series of interactive sessions with seniors to discuss career advancement.

Outside of work, Yue mentors undergraduates from Imperial College London as a career advisor. She also volunteers at her local community as a STEM ambassador, inspiring younger generations to study STEM. Yue enjoys all kind of sports, such as swimming, inline skating and especially ballroom dancing. She competes as an Amateur dancer in many national and international dance competitions in Blackpool, Bournemouth and Boston as examples.
